Mission
SancharISD’s mission is to
bring-out people’s unheard voices through various means of
communication for social change and development. Sanchar works in
two ways: -
a)
Direct – at the
grassroots level: - Sanchar
believes strongly in working directly in the field or places where
there is a need to do work.
b)
As a Network: -
Sanchar is working with different
organisations as networks in partnership to achieve its aims and
objectives.

The
aims and objectives of SancharISD are as
under:
- Establish,
run and administer a non-profit development network, which
disseminates information and educates people.
- Sanchar's
primary aim is to give voices to the civil society through various
means of communication for integrated social development.
- To
mobilize people and generate awareness amomg them towards taking up constructive role
in social development.
- Publish
or release relevant material in the point and visual media,
produce films, documentaries, videos and audio-cassettes.
- Sanchar
will work with children and youth, men and women from every section of the society on the issues of education, health, peace and harmony.
- Promote
young researchers and people to research on various social
issues and the people participation in various emerged campaigns
etc.
- To
collaborate and maintain links with other organisations, institutions
and individuals working on relevant and related issues.
